XBOX 360 - OneDrive App - Error 0x8007007A

Hi,

since about a week I get the 0x8007007A error accessing the app onedrive on my xbox 360. I tried to delete the app and re-install but nothing changes.

I can't sign into OneDrive on Xbox 360

I have same issue. Stupid error code 0x8007007A for onedrive on xbox 360. I also have xbox one. It works fine on xbox one. I also use the app on an android smartphone, works fine. I also use the onedrive website on a Windows laptop, and of course it works
fine. It only doesn't work on xbox 360. It definitely has to be an issue with the Xbox 360 app. Please notify me when it's fixed or when an update to the app comes out. Hop xbox gives us all some free storage or something when this is all taken care of finally.

I have also been using the Onedrive app via the Xbox360 for a long time. It has been very useful when showing off family photos, but sadly no more. As of last month I too get the error '0x8007007a' and am unable to log in. Please, please Microsoft...resolve
this issue as soon as possible.

I tried all the 3 solutions proposed.

1) Modify security info

2) Delete profile

3) Clean Cache

Unfortunately nothing changes. When accessing, OneDrive shows the following error. Thanks in advance for your help..

There was a problem signing in OneDrive

To resolve this problem , update your security info. From the dashboard , go to settings and select Security account and security information . When finished, restart the app .

 

Same. I've tried everything, I've looked everywhere on this website and I can't find a solution. I've tried deleting my apps, deleting the storage for the app and reinstalling it, I've cleared the cache. I looked up the error code and it says it's a problem
with connecting to X-Box Live, but everything else is working.

 

can't get mine to work either. I have spent some time on here trying to figure it out.

Xbox Hotline couldn't solve it. Disappointed!
