Xbox 360/one achievements/gamerscore not showing correctly

Maybe someone could shed some light on this issue as its a little bit annoying.

Recently I upgraded to XB1 from my old 360.

I setup the one and started using it. My 360 has been shelved as there wasn't much beyond Minecraft save games to transfer to the new system.

When I go to check my Gamerscore under the Achievements tab, it only shows what I've earned on the XB1.

On my Windows 10 pc Xbox app, it shows the correct Gamerscore on my profile picture tab, but again, only the XB1 scores on the Achievements tab.

The games from the 360 that aren't showing scores, are still showing that the achievements for those games were/are unlocked. Oddly there are no images display for those older unlocks, just black/gray field and says unlocked. The XB1 achievements show their
images however.

Lastly, one of the first games I installed on the XB1 was World of Tanks. When I started playing it after install, it went through a cycle for about 15 minutes of granting me the same achievements I had already unlocked on the 360. I assumed it was just
catching up and syncing the XB1 to my profile. Nothing else has synced with the 360 scores though. All my other scores from the old system are not showing on the Win10 app or my XB1 console except if I go to my profile tab and above my gamertag pic it shows
the score.

I've checked all the general privacy and security areas but nothing seems to be amiss. This has been going on since I got the new system which was well over a month ago so the 72 hour sync up isn't happening.

I don't play games offline, at least not since many years ago when the 360 was first purchased so it shouldn't be related to that side of things.

I have not installed any 360 games to the XB1 aside from WoT.

There aren't any I am really wanting to play to warrant installing them all again to the XB1, least of all just to carry scores over.

(Defiance is not backward compatible however and it still shows those achievements as unlocked despite no images of the actual achievement)

Sorry if this has been posted or beaten to death.

Gamerscore not updating on Xbox one

Hey There!

Gamerscore will update automatically, there's nothing you need to do. Sometimes it might take a little bit, but you will get the credit.

As for the achievements posting, playing Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One will not cause achievements to post to your Xbox One feed..

For example, in a Xbox One game, you get a little achievement note in your player feed showing your unlocked achievement. You will not get that achievement feed item in your Xbox One feed for getting an Xbox 360 achievement. Your gamerscore will increase
either way, because your gamerscore is not attached to 360 or One, it is attached to your Xbox Live profile. As long as your console(s) is/are connected to the internet, your global gamerscore will increase with any achievement- One or 360.

I think it is a syncing issue and should sort itself out over time. As you say, its only the xbox one gamerscore not showing up on your profile correctly. Once all of the xbox one achievements are viewable on xbox.com then I'm sure any issues like this will
sort themselves out. The good thing is xbox.com appears to show the correct gamerscore, it just looks like the 360 is having trouble pulling this information.

HERE. Are you seeing the same thing as well? Is it just on the console/ Xbox App where you're not seeing the Achievements properly? Could you perhaps share a screenshot with us so we can take a better look as well?

Thanks for the reply. I checked my console last night and I am seeing a difference there as the Gamerscore and the monthly Leaderboard scores make sense now. I think its all resolved, was just my misunderstanding of the process. I do however still see the
issue of the old achievements from 360 not displaying anything but text, no images of the achievement or graphics.

 

Oh good, glad to hear things are starting to show up properly for you now. In regards to the Xbox App, are you using just the normal Xbox App or the Xbox App BETA. If you're not using the Beta version, can you try to install that (it's free on the Windows
Store) and see if the graphics and content load properly for you?
