Xbox 360 on xbox one won't connect

Discus and support Xbox 360 on xbox one won't connect in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; How can I connect to xbox 360 on xbox one? It used to work but then it just stopped.     Xbox 360 on xbox one won't connect


    How can I connect to xbox 360 on xbox one? It used to work but then it just stopped. I'm on a wireless connection my Internet is fine and Nat is open. I tried removing all xbox 360 data from my xbox and deleting my profile before that. It still won't connect
    and now I don't have my profile on their. Is there anything else I can do?

    Xbox One controller/Compatibility.

    Nope, the Xbox 360 controllers won't work with the Xbox One. The Xbox 360 controllers use IR to connect to the console, whilst the Xbox One uses WiFi direct (way faster than IR).

    NAT issues with my console now...

    I don't know if it's related but I smart glass also won't connect with my xbox one. It will connect with my 360 but not the one, even though they use the same gamer tag and sign in. :(
