    Hello

    I got Xbox old unit - 360 with 20GB hard disk.

    when I switch on it I can see 3 red led flashing. however, the power supply indicator is Orange.I searched a lot but and still, i cannot isolate the issue. looks this is RROD .

    when RROD appears will the power supply become orange?

    Old XBox 360 S hard drive a new XBox 360 S

    From what I remember, the hdd is a replaceable unit, and as long as the type of xbox 360 matches the type you have, you should be able to just connect the old drive to the new system.

    Is your hammered Xbox 360 a FAT or a Slim? if it is a slim you could get one of those new E arcade units, slide your old hard drive into its bay and you will be set.
