    xbox 360 offline account to online need help


    Hi, I have an offline xbox 360 account and would like to transition it to online, so I can play online while still having all the things I earned. However no matter what I try I just can't seem to get my account online. I would like some help please.

    I just did this today with my offline partners profile which was on my own Gold account (360 ) xbox 360 offline account to online need help :)

    You need to use a 24hr, 2 day, 7day pass and create an xbox live account for each of them, then port them across

    I'm afraid it's not possible, you can create an online account using the offline account on your Xbox 360, but you cannot merge an offline account to an online account that is already created.

    Since it's an online account and not offline, you could recover it without a 360 console, but you would need the email.

    How do I create an online account with proper Gamer Tag?

    You can either download the profile you created online using the download profile option

    Or you can convert your current offline xbox profile into an online account, Just sign into it then select join xbox live.

    You would need to use a different email address and a different gamertag than the one you already set up online though.

    Unfortunately you cannot merge your offline account on your 360 with your 360 account that you created on the website.
