Xbox 360 not updating / update errors

Discus and support Xbox 360 not updating / update errors in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i am currently on dashboard 2.0.17526.0 and i am trying to update to the latest version, whenever i try (from usb or from xbox live) i get an error...     i am currently on dashboard 2.0.17526.0 and i am trying to update to the latest version, whenever i try (from usb or from xbox live) i get an error code, so i look it up and get nothing back from the code. the code is 4476-4497-1600-0700-C000-000E. please
    help i am trying to get it setup and restored for gaming one again!
