Xbox 360 not showing up at Devices

Discus and support Xbox 360 not showing up at Devices in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; There is a problem in which I cannot find my device at Devices.     Xbox 360 not showing up at Devices


    There is a problem in which I cannot find my device at Devices. I signed into it but it does not show up on the list. Anybody help?

    Hi all,

    I am having an issue where I am trying to register my 360 on xbox.com and it is telling me it is already registered to me. The issue is it does not show up in my list of manageable devices. Is this a common problem or am I missing something?

    Is in regards to the Xbox.com Profile Protection, or an application or registering your Xbox via serial/console ID? i say that because I cannot make out the root cause of the problem you're facing.

    If it's a problem relating to APPS please visit:

    support.xbox.com/.../apps

    If it's a registration of the console via Serial/Console ID:

    If it was registered by you with providing your Serial/Consle ID If this is the case you should have this issue brought to the attention of higher support through Xbox Customer Support, and express in full detail the problem you are facing. They will give
    you a rough turn-around time for when you will be contacted by escalations with the outcome of the case, they may update you from time to time if appears to be a fault that isn't too easy to fix. But other than that you should get the problem sorted out quite
    quickly.

    support.xbox.com/contact-us Option> Xbox 360 > System > Other

    To speak to them directly on the phone, give them a call at:

    Your xbox should automatically register as a visited device.

    Just so I am understanding you purchased the Xbox 360 game Remember Me and it has never showed up on your device.

    The device you are trying to get it to show up on is it a Xbox 360 or is it an Xbox One?

    The xbox 360 e display isnt showing up on the tv, the 360's power button is just constantly flashing, and nothing is showing up, its just saying resolution mismatch change device's resolution..

    I have everything set-up, the hdmi cables are in, one in the xbox, other in the tv, the powerbrick is working.. but nothing is showing up, just the same message.

    I am not sure about the 360 but it may still show up under devices at account.microsoft.com. But Xbox support agents cannot see a 360 serial number in their system

    Do you mean it isn't showing up on the website under your devices? The Xbox 360 has to be manually registered on your device profile if I remember right. It's not an automatic process. :)
