    Xbox 360 Not Showing CDDB Information


    Whenever I play a few of my CDs on my Xbox 360 console, sometimes, the discs show album info and song info, while some other CDs don't show the song information. How do I fix this?

    Ok, I have reported it now. The choices on the error reporting on the console is not exactly right to this problem. The information is there, only it's not showing up unless you follow the steps in my first post.

    And hard to explain on the console. Too much job writing with the hand control.

    Hi Mister Maka.

    I have already tried everything that the troubleshooter suggest. And the thing is that if you read my first post again that the information is available but it doesnt show up unless you do this:

    1. Choose a channel to get fullscreen TV (No info showing)

    2. Press back to show the guide. (No info showing)

    3. Press the middle button on the remote (guessing it is A on the controller) on the same channel you were watching to go back to fullscreen TV. (Info showing)
