Xbox 360 not loading my DLC?

Hello! I have a problem I've been getting for about 4 years now. I have DLC and games which I have bought on my first account (now banned) and wanting to play them on my second account. All was fine until I got a new console. The packs and stuff are still
there but I can't access them.

When you purchase content, it is tied to the gamertag that purchased it, as well as the console it was purchased on. Since the licenses for that content is on the old console you qere still able to access the content even though the account was banned. Normally
you would perform a license transfer to be able to move the content to tje new console, but since the account that owns the content is banned, that won't be possible. You would have to purchase the content again in order to use it

Yes the game is loaded, like I go out of Vault 101 and the DLCs never load, usually on my old Xbox 360 once I reach Springvale that's when it usually loads, and when it loads it shows up on the radar, but it doesn't load on my Xbox One, I have Fallout
3 Game Of The Year edition for Xbox 360 and Xbox One. I have installed all 5 DLCs but they don't load. And no I am not getting any error codes at all. so please help me with this situation

I tried loading my saves that have Mass Effect DLC installed from my Xbox 360 and the games tells me that it's unable to load the saves because, you guessed it, it requires the DLC. I tried copying said DLC to my cloud saves to see if that would work but
unfortunately it didn't (obviously, but a guy can try, right?). I'm thinking at this stage in order to play Mass Effect on Xbox One with the saves you already have would require you to uninstall the DLC, load the save, make a new save and then copy it to your
cloud save sans DLC. It should work theoretically but I've yet to try it.

Hi, make sure Bring down the sky dlc is installed on your xbox 360, and the game save should load fine. If the save still wont load, try re-installing the dlc. Hopefully that should fix your issue.

Update. The game will not load on my series X with any dlc installed. Only the base game.

It will load with dlc installed on the new profile. But I don't have access to the dlc since that profile doesn't own the dlc.

It will load on the Xbox one with dlc.
