    Xbox 360 Not downloading profile


    A few days ago I was trying to play games on my Xbox 360, whenever I selected my profile It just disconnected from XBL (I checked network status and everything was fine with my internet connection) after trying a few times I decided to delete my profile and re-download it but now when I type my password a message pops up saying There's a problem with the credentials I'm using to sign in error 8015190A and yet in my Xbox ONE everything works fine and In my PC too.

    I've tried everything to try and fix this issue

    - clear cache

    - Turning on/off recurring billing

    -turning on/off two-factor authenticator (generating app password and trying it also)

    - Changing my avatar

    - Changing gamertag

    - Checking Xbox enforce & xbox service status on my pc

    *NOTE: this also happens when I start a backwards compatible game on my Xbox one

    Other profiles not able to play downloaded full games on same console

    To let someone else use the content license, you must download your Xbox Live profile to their Xbox 360 console. Then, transfer your content licenses to that Xbox 360 console.

    After you transfer your content, other profiles can use the content on that console.
