Xbox 360 no longer adds my Xbox One gamerscore to the total - please help

I recently had to download my profile back onto my console, however since doing that my Xbox 360's gamerscore is now lower than what it should be.

Xbox.com and my Xbox One both show the correct number, but my Xbox 360 does not. I have noticed that my Xbox 360 has not added the additional points on that I have gained on Xbox One.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? If I get another achievement on Xbox One, would that update everything? I'm a bit stumped.

xbox live gamerscore not updateing and not allowing me to unlock xbox one achievements

okay so last week before the june update my total gamerscore had the total of both my xbox 360 and xbox one achievements added together which equaled 42300. but now after the update the total gamerscore is only showing my xbox 360 total gamerscore which
is 35575. Also now i cant even unlock anymore xbox one achievements.

 

Achievements not properly unlocking

Hey so I moved to Xbox One from Xbox 360 last November, none of my Xbox 360 achievements followed me across the transfer. When viewing my achievements list, my 360 achievements still say they were completed and do include the completion date, but the gamerscore
attached to all of the achievements is not being applied to my total gamerscore. This issue has also caused all my previous Xbox 360 games to say the achievement completion for the game is 0%. I was told by a Microsoft support member that he couldn't help
me and that it'd be better for me to seek help on the forums. Please help, Id like to get my Gamerscore back to what it used to be.

I apologies for the issue you are having. However, this is completely normal. Since the Xbox One Achievements run differently than the Xbox 360 its takes time for them to fully add-up to your profile when its on the Xbox 360. If you could please try Clearing
your system cache 3-times to ensure any un-needed file are removed. (Settings, system, storage, hover-over the Hard Drive and click (Y). Once you do that please restart and log back in to the system.

I will try this but I have cleared it once already and the problem persisted, then again I didn't do it three times while logged in.

Xbox Support have also suggested I earn another achievement on Xbox 360 to see if this updates it.

 

Update - cleared the cache 3 times, turned Xbox 360 on and off, gamerscore still doesn't acknowledge my Xbox One score.

 

If you earn an achievement on Xbox One, that's usually enough to kick it back onto the right track.

It's happened to me; it's nothing to worry about, but I agree it's a little annoying, and disorienting too when you know what the number's supposed to be.

 

Will give it a try and see what happens. Thanks for the advice.

 

UPDATE:

Just wanted to let people know that getting another achievement on Xbox One resolved the issue. I earned a simple achievement from Xbox Music and despite being 0GS, it updated my 360 score to what it should be.
