XBox 360 NetFlix, wont load

    XBox 360 NetFlix, wont load


    Netflix on my xbox 360 which is the sim model will not connect to netflix. IT goes to the netflix splash screen and the circles goes on until it says you may not be connected to the internet.

    Code error is nw-1-19, never seen this before and the last time i logged into netflix on my 360 was probalby a month or so ago.

    Netflix works fine on my cellphone, Pc, and xbox one, but does not work on my 360 as of now. hBO go doesnt connect either.

    Anybody have this issue? i've tried uninstalling and installing, restarting etc. nothing work.

    Anyhelp?

    Netflix wont load the movie covers and subtitles..

    nevermind problem solved. for anyone that is having the same problem just go to your hard-drive/memory unit and manually delete "Netflix" from your hard-drive/memory unit (though some things might not be delete-able).

    Hopefully you found the answer to this already. If not, it's the DNS Servers. Go into your XBox system Settings - Network settings and change the DNS servers from automatic to manual. Select either your internet provider's DNS server IP or - perhaps more
    dependable Google's DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or the famous Level3 4.2.2.2.

    Same error code popping up and once I follow all of the steps it still doesn't work.

    Set xbone to use google dns server, still wont load netflix

    I'm having the same problem, except all i did was go under app info or whatever it is when you push x, hit delete from there, but it didn't change anything. The only other difference is that i'm on a slim XBox 360 now. (Halo
    4 LE) GuessI'll try this and see, if ic an even figure out where exactly to find it on the HDD itself.

    Can't connect every time i turn my xbox on.

    I turned my xbox on to check and its connecting when i turn it on now, but the problems still remains that nothings actually working, updates on games wont load, netflix wont start, stuff on the dashboard wont work, its running but at a bare minimum to the
    point where it might as well not be because nothings working
