Xbox 360 Netflix app freezes

Having problems with Netflix app. As soon as I launch Netflix the screen goes black and my xbox freezes, what can I do to fix this? I’m on the xbox 360 platform not sure of exact model, it is one of the newer gens though, MW3 edition also if thats going
to help further answer my question. I have tried deleting the app and everything associated with it. Followed by clearing content cache, a hard reset and redownloading. Even tried that one thing that deletes all updates, it goes X, LB, LB, I cant remeber the
rest. Still no luck with it working correctly but after about an hour or hours of doing the same tricks it may randomly fully open the app and run without a problem.

I also have a few other things to add in hopes that it might help even more... Most of the time when I open the system storage to delete Netflix and content cache, it shows a corruption in the files. Sometimes it will show that its the Netflix saved game
data whatever that is and sometimes it shows that its the Netflix title update. But even when it shows no corruption it will freeze up after opening.

I also just purchased this xbox from a place I’ve been buying consoles and games at for a few years with great prices that I trust well enough.. That being said I switched the hard drive from it with the hard drive from my old xbox(both 250GB), there wasn’t
any connection to a power supply at all when I removed the hard drives.

One more thing.. I’m using my Iphone’s personal hotspot for internet connection. Just wasnt sure if maybe even that could be a factor.
