    XBox 360 Multiplayer


    Hello

    Please bear with me if this is a stupid question as I am a complete novice to the XBox 360, my 10-year-old son got his XBox this week to play Minecraft and I have, so far, managed to set it up and buy him his XBox Live Gold membership so he can play online
    with his friends.

    I have also worked out how to make the game multiscreen to add in a second player so his sister can play along. BUT, when she tries to add herself to the game, it won't let her.

    Does this mean that in order to play multiplayer she needs an XBox Live Gold account as well????

    Please reply in words of one syllable because as I say i am a complete gaming novice, thank you!!

    Make multiplayer free on xbox 360

    Playstation 3 has multiplayer and it is doing good , they dont need to make multiplayer to cost money beacuse they have playstation 4 that pays for thier servers , but why then xbox 360 dosent have free multiplayer is xbox one so bad that they need to charge
    money from old consoles that dosent even get new games? Do u want us xbox 360 fans to just trash our xboxes ? If you arent going to make games for xbox 360 atleast give us free multiplayer.

    But if you dont want to play online there is an offline mode which if you have your HDMI mode set on your tv and your xbox then you can play split screen on the same xbox.

    You will need to sign in a guest or another xbox live gold account you will also need an HDMI cable connected to play split screen

    Yes, You will need an Xbox Live GOLD membership for her.

    You will need an HDMI cable (Only compatible with an HD TV)

    So hopefully that helps.

    That doesn't change the answer. Multiplayer for Xbox One and Xbox 360 are separate.

    Yeah I was going to get it because of the large multiplayer, but watch reviews of it and the graphics look not very good. I'm surprised Zoo Tycoon only has 4 in multiplayer for an Xbox One console. But it looks like the 360 version of Zoo Tycoon won't have
    multiplayer and map and animals will be about half the size to the Xbox One version due to hardware limitations on the 360. The front cover of the Defiance game looks good. But when you watch the gameplay and graphics of it, including issues with spawning,
    it tells a different story.

    you can play multiplayer, but with only other xbox 360 edition users. the account would have to have online multiplayer allowed.
