    Xbox 360 Movies and TV Narration enabled on purchased movies and cannot disable.


    Recently rented and purchased movies on xbox 360 have narration enabled and I have found no setting to turn it off. In movies and tv on a computer I found it's also enabled by default on the purchased movies under 'show menu for subtitles and audio' which
    is where you can disable it. You cannot disable this on the 360 and there is not option in the subtitles. Rolling back updates, clearing the cache, and deleting and reinstalling movies and tv on the 360 all did nothing. It's quite annoying and if this is going
    to effect my entire library I want a refund for it all. This is just silly.

    This is getting ridiculous now... The movie I rented won't even play on my computer through Movies and TV. I had to watch it on Movies Anywhere which my account is associated with. You all need to get your act together and fix this.

    Reset the Xbox 360 Movies & TV app

    You can reset the Movies & TV app by removing any related content from your console:

    1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings and then System.
    2. Select Storage.
    3. Select your primary storage device.
    4. Select Games and Apps.
    5. Find and select any items that refer to "Movies & TV."
    6. Select Delete.

    Turn off narrator Xbox 360

    The narrator option is only available for Xbox one not Xbox 360. If your watching a movie via the movie app check the movie and app settings.
