Xbox 360 movie won’t play after downloaded.

Any updates? Mine still displays error code.some movies i downloaded just a couple months ago still work but i iust purchased a new one and cant watch it offline without this message coming up....my online service is terrible unfortunately and lags while streaming
but allows me to still download. Was hoping to watch this movie i literally just now purchased....actually along with another one aswell

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

The error you are currently receiving is a sign-in error code, which could indicate that there could be a problem with your network or perhaps your account.

I recommend that you try to
remove your profile first, and see if that resolves the issue. This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. Go to settings and select System.
2. Select Storage.
   Note If you don’t connect any external storage devices to your console, select
   Hard Drive. If you do use external storage, select All Devices.
   
3. Select Profiles.

1. Select the Xbox profile that you want to delete.
2. Select Delete.
3. Select one of the following:
   • Delete Profile Only – This deletes the Xbox profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
     
   • Delete Profile and Items – This deletes the profile and the associated saved games and achievements.

I recommend that you remove your profile only as to make sure you can hold on to all your save data content.

Additionally I would also recommend that you
clear your system cache as well to make sure that if anything was corrupted, that we purge it.

1. Select Storage.
2. Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press Y
   on your controller for Device Options.
   1. 
      
      Note It doesn't matter which storage device you choose. This clears the cache for all storage devices.
      
3. On the Device Options screen, select
   Clear System Cache.
4. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
   
   1. 
      
      Note When you’ve successfully cleared the system cache, you’ll return to the
      Storage Devices screen. You can then press the
      Guide button on the controller and return to Xbox Home.
      

Make sure to restart your console Go ahead and give this a go and let us know your results!

Is it a case of the game simply won’t install and download or the game does not play after that?

Also, I’m having the same issue playing my 360 games on my Series S, my Xbox Live account won’t download onto any 360 game on my Series S.
