Xbox 360 MLG Gamerpic disappeared

Hello,

Back on Xbox 360 I purchased an MLG Gamerpic pack and have been using one of the gamerpic of this pack until recently when I visited my profile on my Xbox One console and Xbox Live suddenly decided to replace my gamerpic with another one
without my approval.

I tried to change it back but all the pics I had purchased have disappeared.

I would like to get them back please, otherwise I would like a refund for the purchase I made.

Xbox One gamerpics are we gonna get more?

on the 360 i got a halo 4 MLG gamerpic

My xbox 360 gamerpic on my xbox one and xbox one S disappeared after i clicked on my avatar and i cant get it back .please help.

 

The pack should still be available on your account and if you change your gamerpic on the 360. However, once your gamerpic has been changed to a One gamerpic, it is not possible to switch back.

 

Well thank you for your quick answer, but what is the reason for that? I don't see the logic behind that, I had this pic for almost 10 years and I didn't even switch it myself, the console did it without my approval. This is unfair and frustrating, and I
really want it back.

Could you direct me to someone who could make it right, please?

 

You can try contacting support directly to see if there is anything they can do (1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support), but the gamerpic system on the One is set up differently than the 360 gamerpics were.
