  1. Xbox 360 Media Remote D-pad & Select buttons not working

As stated in subject, the D-pad and select button just simply stopped working and have been trying to fix the problem by trying to re-program it with the tv (which is an Element LCD HDTV) but to no avail. I would be grateful if anyone could help me remedy
this problem? Can it be fixed?

    :)

Microsoft announced two new Xbox 360 hardware accessories on 26/07/2011.

The software giant revealed a new Xbox 360 Wireless headset with Bluetooth. The device allows game players to use the headset with mobile phones and PCs as well as the Xbox 360 console. The headset will connect to the Xbox 360 through the console’s
    standard radio frequencies according to

  4. Xbox 360 Media Remote D-pad & Select buttons not working

hi infamous, from the sound of it I think your controller has bit the dust. one check I would to see if the controller behaves the same way on a different console, if it does it might be time to get a replacement. if your console is still under warranty
you can get it replaced this way.

You can order Xbox Online Service Center (myservice.xbox.com/.../Welcome.aspx). You must register your console to replace a controller under warranty. See Xbox 360 repair:
Frequently asked questions to check the length of your warranty (
