Xbox 360 ME2 Achievements not unlocking

I'd been playing through Mass Effect 2 a couple of times to get all the achievements. I made progress towards several achievements (Brawler, Master at Arms, Agent, and Weapons Specialist) but once I reached the full progress bar in game, my Xbox 360 achievement
didn't trigger. A little digging showed that my Xbox live profile had become corrupted. I fixed the profile (there's an in system option to fix corrupted profiles), but going back into the game had my progress still showing as full. I've since earned other
achievements, but I can't seem to get these 4 that I finished while corrupted to trigger. I've tried starting a new game on a different Xbox 360 and on my Xbox One but on starting game on the new consoles my progress showed as full with no earned achievement.
I tried starting the game over and earning the full progress again but that also didn't trigger the achievement. I have contacted both EA and Xbox support, and both pointed me at the other as owning the data saved for these achievement. Has anyone faced something
like this before? Is there anything I can still try on my end to fix this, or do I just have to ask the right question of the Xbox or EA support organizations?

Backward compatibility problem

Hey, BlHimmel! We are aware of a situation where some achievements do not unlock on the Xbox One console. This shows up as either Xbox One achievements not unlocking, Xbox 360 achievements not unlocking, or both not unlocking.

We are working on resolving this right now, however the current workaround is to do a

factory reset on your console. Give that a shot following the steps there; you can keep your games and apps. After that, try to earn an easy achievement for an Xbox 360 game, and let us know how it goes!

 

Hello there, I have a similar issue. I have been unlocking achievements but they have not being updated to Xbox.com. This problema happen to two games (Borderlands and FarCry3) since April 15, I did not try other games yet.

I try to delete my profile from XBONE, restart, and block 360 profile, does not work. After all these changes, I have unlock other achievements that have not being update do Xbox.com as well.

The funny thing is, I deleted the game, delete my profile, and after all, inside the game my achievements are unlock, but not in Xbox.com.

I am looking around for a solution, I will put it here if a find something.
