Xbox 360 Marketplace Purchasing

Hey, I went to go and purchase Destroy all Humans as a part of the Backward Compatibility program on the 360 marketplace but it won't allow me to purchase anything on there without going onto a Xbox 360 and purchasing it from there. I don't have a functional
360. Does anyone know how to resolve/bypass this issue? Thanks!

Purchasing from the Xbox 360 Marketplace using Microsoft Money requires the use of an Xbox 360 console.

It depends on why it won't let you. If you're on a child account, you'll have to make it from a 360. Otherwise, make sure you have a credit card/Paypal on file to make the purchase.
