Xbox 360 Marketplace Games Re-Download On Xbox One?

Hello! Can I get Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox One if I purchased it on the Xbox 360 marketplace? Like a license transfer cross-consoles? I don't want to have to re-purchase the game.

Can I Download A Game (That Is compatible With Next Gen Consoles) On The Xbox Store On The 360 And Re-Download It On The Xbox One Store and Use It For The Xbox One. I Want To Know Because Advance Warfare Is Coming Out And I Want To Know If I Can Download

No you will have to purchase the game again. If they make the game BC you may be able to play the xbox 360 version on your one.

So you re-download the items on the Xbox One console? For example, when upgrading to the Xbox One version of Minecraft, none of the skin packs you previously bought would work unless you re-downloaded them through the Xbox One Marketplace, doesn't matter
if you've previously downloaded them on the Xbox 360's marketplace.

So to confirm you're saying you've already successful downloaded them again on the Xbox One's marketplace? They should be available to you for free. If that is the case, I would be making a post over at Bungie's forums.

I don't believe you should have to re-enter the codes, I think it should be as easy as finding the content on the Xbox One's marketplace and it should let you download that content at no additional cost. If you've never re-downloaded the items on the Xbox
One console I can almost guarantee that's your issue....

You can't buy 360 games from the xbox one as they are separate marketplaces

Only way to download 360 games is an 360 console.or the 360 Web marketplace

Well one battlefield 1 is NOT an xbox 360 game

Therefore cannot be claimed on the xbox 360 or downloaded onto it

You have to download from the websiteas the 360 doesnt have access to the xbox one marketplace

I wouldn't count on Microsoft using FATX on Xbox One. If they don't, then I wouldn't expect the files from a 360 to be compatible with an Xbox One. The file naming and structure for 360 marketplace video content bears little resemblance to what you would
see in a Windows Explorer window for the exact same media downloaded from the Windows 8 Xbox Video or Zune software.

I would count on having to re-download any video content from the Marketplace that you want to keep on the Xbox One.
