Xbox 360 Marketplace Black Friday Sales

Hi,

first of all it has been ridiculous to even get to this point of contacting microsoft as your virtual hosts either cannot process a simple question or constantly refer you back to products you didnt even ask for in the beginning! And all this does is post
a question on a forum instead of actually getting an email to microsoft support like i asked for!

i have been trying to access the australian marketplace for xbox 360 black friday sales for three days now. The error message that constantly comes back is some of the content is unavailable please try again later. This happens almost every time you have
a sale on and to be blunt it gets incredibly frustrating when you want to buy some of the specials on offer. At this point i cannot even see what is on offer for special. this happens almost weekly when you put a sale on and to be fair im tired of trying to
support your company when I cant even access a sale that YOUR company is putting up!

i have been a long time supporter of xbox and avid gamer and i would like to know how this is going to be fixed now and in the future for coming sales as at this time it is simply not good enough. The support for 360 in general has been horrendous since
the launch of xbox 1 yet microsoft still want to charge people for live and do zero about supporting it and the issues from marketplace right through to party chats etc etc

i would appreciate a reply ASAP as your black friday sale ends on december 2.
