    Xbox 360 malfunction


    Hi. My xbox 360 keeps turning off after 5-15mins. Its happening frequently. The light on the battery pack goes red and the battery pack feels warm. The xbox is cold or normal. Any suggestions guys at all please?

    xbox 360 malfunction

    My console does not start user session, nor does it connect to Xbox Live; However, he lets me play any game he has physical.

    I need to connect to the internet, but neither does it leave me, I do not know what to do, please help me!
