Xbox 360 Love Connection

I thought I'd post since I'm getting nowhere on the site looking for answers and I can't get through to a human to help.

Any time I try to run an app on my Xbox 360 Slim 4Gb, the screen freezes on the black screen of death. I ran a network test to see if there was anything there and it says there is a service alert, but it also says everything is "up". Online, it says there
are no service alerts.

Is there an alert or not? And if no, how can I use my Xbox again?

Hey there Packet,

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems on your console. In this case the only thing that you would be able to attempt would be the troubleshooting provided in the

Xbox Screen Freeze Solution support article.

If the issue persists you will be prompted to set up a Repair Order for the console. Unfortunately they will no longer accept repairs for 360 consoles.

1. A low battery indicator on the controller, like they had on the XBOX 360.

2. Cross-over parties. Every time I see I have friends online, they are on 360. So I switch to the TV app (got my XBOX 360 connected to my XBOX ONE) to join their party. I would love to be able to join the party will staying on my XBOX ONE.
