    Does anyone have any idea why an Xbox 360 would not let you sign in?

    I want to enjoy 360 games on newer consoles but for some reason, the 360 games register my account under an old tag. In response, I booted up my 360 and I won't let me sign in at all. I have reformated, restarted, updated, and everything in between. Even reset my password twice and still nothing.

    I think its wrong that the Xbox 360 smartglass won't run I used that programme before the Xbox one came out and now I unable to sign or login the the app. It seems strange that the smartglass app for 360 is still downloadable and get I can to login in or

    Just login with the account that has the Gold subscription on Xbox 360.

    Hi,

    You can be login on both consoles so the Xbox 360 and Xbox One with the same account at the same time BUT not on Xbox 360 BC mode + another Xbox 360.

    If you can log in normally at xbox.com yet not in your 360 console try deleting your account from the console, clear the console cache, restart the console and download the account again.

    No error. It just wouldn’t let me login to Xbox live. Even after I changed the password. My problem now is that I can't access any profiles on the console. When I look at the storage it says there are no profiles but the storage is full.

    I have a profile (had) on Xbox 360 and I have the app on my phone. My phone has a different profile. I thought they used different emails but when I download my profile to the Xbox it’s the username I used for the app not the one on the Xbox. So, I don’t know. It’s not recognizing my original profile that I set up when I got the Xbox. Which is the only profile with Xbox live.
