    Im from Romania on xbox 360 and couldnt login since morning. I made all the above described actions on my console too, and still can't login.
    I know many people as well as myself than ran into this problem on the Xbox 360 though. I have not found a solution but i think its some sort problem on the xbox live servers. Are you on Xbox One or Xbox 360?
