Xbox 360 login problem 80151103

Hello,

I have problem with logging into my Xbox account.

I am happy owner of Series X and there I have got alot of games, GPU etc. But I really missed Kinect, so only option was to but Xbox 360 with Kinect what I did.

And now I have got the problem called 80151103. When I'm trying to login everything seems to be fine. I put e-mail, password and then popup window shows progress of downloading my profile. It stuck about 15% and then 80151103 is showing.

I format hard drive, cleared cache - twice, restarted console etc. With no positive resoult. What is interesting, on Microsoft webside I can find info about succesfull login, but with no IP, region etc.

So I decided to delete all two-step veryfication - also with no resoult. I changed password - still nothing. Even I created special password "For old devices like Xbox 360 or iPhone 8) but there is the same problem with 15% stuck as I described - It starded to download my profile and nothing.

I was wondering if my second-handed Xbox 360 was banned from Live services, so I created second account. And everything is working fine. Bit it is not my main account!

Did someone try to fix it in 2022?

A ms dev has explained this.

This has fixed the problem for me. I was able to download my profile and start games again.

What I have done:

Just clear the cache about 5 times.

Than go to download profile and it worked.

I hope this will be the solution for now and the future.
