    I recently got a second Xbox 360 console to move into my room, and use privately. But, there's some issues it's had with Xbox Live. I transferred my profile over from my old Xbox (which worked fully) to my new one. It turns out this new Xbox needed to install
    a system update, which I allowed, so it could connect to Xbox Live. However, in doing so, it threw away the credentials that it SHOULD remember by default, to log me in to Xbox Live, and so asked for them again. The problem is, that the profile I use on Xbox
    360, is NOT the one I'm currently typing this error message on. So, I need to find out which email, and password, was originally tied to that account, so that I can log it back in. Problem with this, is that the Microsoft support pages on the "I've lost my
    password/email" for Xbox 360, need you to look into the Account Management tab on the console. But I can't do that, without having connected to Xbox Live, which I can't do without the email, for which I need to find by looking into Account Management, for
    which I need to connect to Xbox Live, etcetera.

    Is there any way for me to just find the email that I use to log in, so I can at least reset the password, and just USE my profile with Live services?

    As an extra, when I created the account originally, it was tied to a different account (ImmuneMedusa____, I forget the last bit), which lives on my OLD Xbox 360, which is currently having major issues connecting to the Xbox Live service. I imagined I could
    access account management through that, but can't, and don't want to move it to the NEW Xbox 360 in the event that it's credentials get forgotten.

    Sorry to say but you would need the new email address from your ex or your child would have to start a separate account for the 360 but would obviously not have all his saves,achievements etc. on that profile.
