xbox 360 login issue, please help

Was thinking of going back and using the old machine when I was hit with the problem of stuff not loading. I got mad and formatted the drive and now I want to add my Xbox live account. Trying to log in and getting the 8015000a error "Sorry there was a problem with the credentials you are using to sign in, go to account.live.com to fix it". I can log in to the account on pc and I know that my credentials are valid, and I tried having a one-time password, but it doesn't even let me input my e-mail, let alone the password. Does anyone experience the same problem?

It’s not granted I couldn’t login for the couple days while the servers were down earlier in the week but then I was on for like two days and then all of a sudden yesterday it booted me from Xbox live deleted my profile off my 360 and then when I try to re-download it now it recognizes me the download bar goes about 20% and then it gives me the same error code as previously stated I tried calling Xbox support three times just to be hung up on and now I can’t get a call back because I exceeded my limit for the day and I am not freaking happy at all

I don't think its an issue on your end. It seems several people (ie everyone) is having this issue at the moment. The general consensus seems to be that it could be an issue with permissions related to gamepass not giving the right permission for xbox 360 but its unknown. From what I can tell people are saying to just wait and hope it comes back up but people have brought it up a lot so hopefully it will get noticed by MS and fixed.

NO Did not help. I'm encounter this issue also i cant login with my account on my XBOX 360 however i Can login into web xbox.com. Frustrated!
