Xbox 360 Live works on only one of two consoles

I own 2 Xbox One consoles (one of them is an Xbox One Elite. The other is a classic Xbox One). I'm a player of Portal 2, which has a co-op mode. Recently, I've been playing it a lot. However I can only play it on one of my consoles. On the Elite console, before it starts, it always says 'Disconnected from XBOX LIVE' (in an Xbox 360 style notification) and does not allow me to play Co-op. It never does this on the regular style Xbox One. Does anyone have an idea on why it does this?

Sadly did not work. Still says 'Disconnected from Xbox Live.'

Reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

Follow this step and try again.

Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.
Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

Same problem here since two months ago xbox one console will not connect my live account, but my 360 console has always worked fine on the shared wife router. Xbox live owes me two months of service as of this time.
