Xbox 360 live update not working

my Xbox 360 live really crash on Sunday I. Can’t get it to work again and I give you my Xbox 360 console number to update the Xbox 360 console Xbox 360 live my serial number is 2117252213909

The internet connection is working. Is an xbox 360 with 4gb too small to complete the update needed for live connection?

A few days ago I had an update and I ended up with a corrupt profile just got that straightened out, yes I checked and profile shows no indication per xbox of being corrupt, cant go through and do an initial set up because I cant access live, idk if there
is a glitch in the update or what is going on, have literally tried everything can think of besides trying to do it from a dl on the comp on a USB to upload which I currently am unable to do

Do you have a 4GB Xbox 360 console?

From the error code you provided, it seems that your console is already on the most up to date version (4476), and is unable to find a newer version (indicated by the 0000 in the second part of the error).

Most people I talked with that had a simliar error (current version in the first part, all zeroes in the second part) had a 4GB Xbox 360 model, and the 4GB flash memory was corrupted, causing the console to "assume" the corrupted system software is out of
date.

You can try to backup all your savegames, profile and download content from the internal memory to an USB drive you insert into the console and have it prepare for storage, and then try to format the internal memory, hoping this will correct the corruption.

If that doesn't work, I'm afraid there is no way around getting a new console, as Microsoft doesn't service Xbox 360 consoles anymore, as far as I know

I get a screen with update failed, cant download the update, to test your connection open system settings and select network settings test xbox live connection.

Support couldnt find any help there, have deleted a few things incase it was just low on memory nope, cleared the cache nope didnt work, disconnected from wifi and turned off router for ten min and rebooted, I'm connected to the internet just fine, but I
cant use xbox live without doing the update and the update fails, searched for the code on Microsoft and I find nothing googled it lol and gave all options that I have tried already...
