    I'm at a loss to figure why cloud drive not syncing to open my GTA 5 online files. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. After 3rd update to Xbox live that's when I started receiving error messages. Thank you. MeagerJarl1039.

    Error Code 0x838601e7 no code solution - needs attention

    I had this error code after moving COD to an external HD . I reloaded game on to the main drive cleared profiles, cleared memory , reboot routers , reboot modems . I decided to clear my local saved games , which can be found under system settings . the
    Xbox reboots and when I started COD after trying everything else , it worked . the game sync , my saved games were reloaded from the cloud , and I have no problems . good luck

    Problem with Xbox One.

    Thanks for the help guys and my NAT setting is open. I think I deleted my cache that's where all of the games data are stored correct? that's probably why forza horizon 2 took a long time to sync then.

    Hopefully xbox comes up with new update soon as it is affecting my gaming time Xbox 360 Live Slim model 4GB, error code 0x80070571, Have cleared cache and reloaded profile. ... :(

    Hey mate, If you have a firewall you might need to open network ports for your Xbox 360 console to communicate with Xbox Live:

    Also sometimes these things can be profile related so deleting your profile from the console (profile only), clearing the system 3 times. Restarting your console and re-downloading your profile can clear this up.
