Xbox 360 live down

Discus and support Xbox 360 live down in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So xbox 360 live is not able to be signed into. Also on the support page it says xfinity ondemand is also down. Anyone know why?... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by big8852, Apr 9, 2015.

    Worried about the XBOX LIVE on Xbox 360 Shutting Down.

    Hello Microsoft. I was worried about the XBOX LIVE on Xbox 360 Shutting Down Next Year. Is this true? Because someone just posted that your Company is Shutting Down the XBOX LIVE on Xbox 360. If it's true please don't shut down the XBOX LIVE on Xbox360.
    There's still a lot of people are playing XBOX LIVE on Xbox 360. Thank you and have a nice day Microsoft Community!

    Can't play anything because I can't sign in

    360 Live is working. Weird how Xbox One side goes down so much and with all the updates why you still can't sign in offline to play a game.

    Ok, this credential bug sometimes happens with 360 profiles, 2 things that could help, first, it's the removal of the two-step account verification, try removing it like this:

    The other cause of the bug is recurring subscription charges. If you have a subscription (gamepass, xbox live gold) check if your recurring charge is already activated, if not, activate and wait 10 minutes.

    If it is already activated, try deactivating, wait 10 minutes, then activate again, then wait the 10 minutes and try logging into the console again.

    On the status page, it says everything is up and running. https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live-status If you are having trouble logging in on the Xbox 360 or via a backward compatible game on the Xbox One or Xbox Series consoles, then you can report an outage via the status page. Just select the 3 dots next to the service you think you are having an issue with and select Report an outage.
