    Hello in order to renew your xbox live gold through the xbox 360, you need to have payment such as credit card,debit card, paypal, etc. Is your xbox 360 connected to xbox live? If not you can start setting it up by connecting your xbox 360 through your router.

    Can you please confirm if you are using Xbox Live credit or a registered card to try and make this purchase? As far as I'm aware you need a card registered against your Xbox Live account to purchase Xbox 360 content on anything other than a 360 console.
