XBOX 360 LIVE CANNOT PLAY ONLINE

Neither me nor my brother cannot connect to xbox live. We have exactly the same problem and we are in two different countries.

So Far we have.

Hard Reset routers. Every thing else on the network works fine

Reset Xbox

Checked payment profiles on live everything is ok, subscription ok.

Deleted and re-instated profiles.

Network connectivity is fine.

Tried Forza motorsport and Fifa cannot connect either, on FIFA the invite is greyed out and cannot connect to anything on- line. I cannot send or receive messages. Any idea

Hi,

Since Age of Empires Online uses your Xbox LIVE Gamertag you cannot be signed into multiple places at once. If you want to play Age of Empires Online on your PC you will automatically be signed out on the Xbox 360.

Your gamertag cannot be actively used in multiple places at once in regards to playing games.

OK Thanks. I’ve checked and it’s running the latest software. I’m thinking this is something they’ve done on the system.

Thanks but that’s not helped at all. I don’t have any error messages from the network side. Everything on the network checks out fine. It would also be extremely unlikely that we have exactly the same connection issues when we are in two completely remote locations.

The link you send about offline reset only refers to XboxOne not the Xbox 360 dinosaurs that we’re using.Is there another ?
