Xbox 360 lagging out of certain games

My xbox 360 slim has been lagging out of games recently i can't play destiny (Caterpillar and Hawk errors),World of Tanks (i just spontaneously lag out). also when i lag out of those games i get disconnected from xbox live 2-3 minutes after i lag out of
the game i tested my connection during this and i get a Xbox Live Connection error. but if i turn off my xbox and turn it back on and it's fine. i can play battlefield 4 just fine i'll get small lag spikes occasionally but nothing serious. i've reset my router,
cleared cache 3 times, deleted my profile and re-downloaded it. and changed my router all together. this also started about 2-3 weeks ago my Internet Service Provider is Cox Communications my friend also has Cox and sometimes we will both get disconnected
at the exact same time we live in the same city By the way. sorry for the long post really need help.

Lagging out of games

Hi!

Does this problem also happen with other multiplayer games? Try clearing the system cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

If it does not work, try deleting the alternative MAC address of the console. Go to: "Settings"->"All Settings"->"Network"->"Network settings"->"Advanced settings"->"Alternate MAC address"->"Clear".

Sorry to hear about the connection issues! It sounds like you did a good job covering the troubleshooting steps. If you could, try testing your Xbox Live connection.
If you get an error during that test, visit the Xbox Live connection error solution page for troubleshooting steps. In addition, try the troubleshooting steps for

resolving NAT issues, just in case. However, it sounds like you may have narrowed the issue down to the ISP if you and your buddy are getting connection drops at the same time. I would try the links I provided, and if those don't help, call your ISP for
further assistance since your friend on the same ISP is experiencing these issues.

If you are only lagging out of Destiny and disconnecting from Xbox live and getting he hawk error, that means it's Destiny not your xbox or ISP, but if you are lagging out of other multiplayer online games as well it's most likely your internet connection.

 

ignore them its not your isp look at forums theres 13+ people saying theyre getting kicked from certain games too support is just blaming all of our isps cause theyre a joke
