XBox 360 Kinect working

I have an XBOX 360 and a Kinect that I haven't tried to use in a while. I tried to get the Kinect to work again and while the Audio works fine the Kinect Tuner doesn't seem to recognise the Play Space or a Player. Sometimes it will recognise default Sensor
Angle, It will not detect Body or Hand tracking and it will not detect me as a player. The calibration process also doesn't work, the first calibration works, but after it asks me to move further back, the calibration doesn't complete.

If I go within 2ft of the Kinect, it will show a blurry outline of my torso, but the camera doesn't seem to see the room.

I get a No player detected message, but I don't get an error code or an explicit error message. I'm running the latest XBOX 360 OS, I've tried a variety of light conditions and restarted the console a few times and checked the cables.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try next?

Urgently await the backward compatibility of the Harry Potter game for kinect. We believe in the competence of this company, Microsoft. Antecipadente thank the understanding of all and wait a positive response.

Sorry to say but no Xbox 360 Kinect games will be made backwards compatible as they will not work with the Xbox One Kinect.

The 360 Kinect is different from the Xbox One Kinect.

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. It sounds like you may need a replacement. Although, you should give these links a lookover before going down that route.
