xbox 360 keep's turning on and off by it's self

    xbox 360 keep's turning on and off by it's self


    My xbox 360 keep turning on and off by it's self. and when it turns on by its self it reset's my display settings. nothing hooked to it. controllers all have batteries removed, and i disconnected my kinects a long time ago. I've tested the power supply on
    a different console and it does not do the same thing on the other console. Any ideas what could be causing this ?

    new update

    seen I did the new update for the dashboard my xbox is turning off by it self and kicking me from parties when I play a game. Also my controllers are turning off and on by it self

    Kinect problems

    My Kinect has been turning off and on by it's self and I unplug it and plug it back in works fine for about a few hours then it will turn off and on by it's self again tryed hard reset and it will work fine for a few hours then go right back to turning off
    and on again. When it is off I looked to see if my xbox was reading a Kinect and it was but it wouldn't let me see through the camera. Is my Kinect dead?
