Xbox 360 keeps randomly disconnecting from xbox live

Hi,

My xbox 360 keeps randomly disconnecting from xbox live. I'm using Virtual Router Plus as my wireless connection if that has anything to do with it.

Unresponsive Xbox One

For some reason my Xbox keeps disconnecting from xbox live an controller keeps losing sync don't know what to do please help it does it randomly how to fix ?

Hey there, if you could provide some more information that would be handy, like does it disconnect when starting a game or app or switching between them or just randomly when playing?

Does it provide any kind of error code when it signs you out? Also do you have any other consoles or devices running at the same time as the Xbox?
