    XBox 360 keeps disconnecting


    Hello,

    I'm trying to find out why my XBox 360 keeps disconnecting in the middle of online games. I have done the port forwarding as recommended on the network help site, but the 360 still disconnects roughly every 30 minutes with no explanation as to why. My other
    devices (including an XBox One) do not have this issue. I have tried both wired and wireless connections, and neither seems to be making a difference. The XBox 360 can usually reconnect to the internet in a matter of minutes, if not immediately after the disconnect,
    but it requires that I sign off and sign back on before it will let me reconnect.

    Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    XBox 360 keeps disconnecting

    Hi Marmot. xbox has been having outages lately and should only be temporary. we have people working around the clock to get it back up and running. im very sorry for the inconvenience.

    When you are able to can you please send us a photo of what your connection stats look like on your console?

    Also, are you seeing any type of error message when this happens?

    Are you connected using a network cable or through WiFi?

    Xbox One Wired: (my xbox one is perfectly fine just posted both to compare)
