    xbox 360 keeps disconnecting me


    I have bought a game from the 360 counsel and it starts to download only to disconnect me, so I signs back on and its starts to continue the download and then disconnects me again and again and again. why is my 360 disconnecting me all the time but not
    when I am playing a game, only when downloading. There is no refund for the game I bought and my system keeps disconnecting me. My networking is strong and speed fast, what can I do. LadyReigns

    I don't have Destiny but I play Titanfall and yes the controller keeps disconnecting for me too and I am sitting literally 2 meters away from the Xbox and in line of sight, there is no reason for it to disconnect, might I add the Xbox 360 never had any problem

    Granted, not quite the problems you are reporting, but I suspect your symptoms are part of the same problem.

    When you are able to can you please send us a photo of what your connection stats look like on your console?

    Also, are you seeing any type of error message when this happens?

    Are you connected using a network cable or through WiFi?
