xbox 360 issue

a microsoft support agent told me to post here, so if this isn't the right place to post, please show me where I could get help

I have trouble connecting to xbox live

I already went through all of these steps in the past and I still am having the issue

basically, every time I start up my xbox, I get error code 80151904 and 80151909 (which basically are the same) and have to keep restarting my xbox until I can sign in

and also even when it lets me sign in, when it starts up, i'm never connected to xbox live

and now, in the last 2-3 weeks, if I'm sitting on the menu of black ops 2 doing nothing, or today when I was playing zombies and paused to get food, it signs me out of xbox live. it does let me sign in right away after that but it kicked me out
of my game and it's incredibly frustrating

Uncomfortable pad?

Not had any issues like the OP.
Never had an issue on 360 or now the Xbox One.
Only Controller I had issues with was the DS3.

I much prefered the 360 pad over the X1 but after using it more and more going back to the 360 pad just feels weird. The X1 controller is excellent once you get used to it and the new bumpers and triggers.

Sorry to hear about the connection troubles. So that we can best help out, can you clarify what exactly happens when you try to connect? Is there an error message?

 

I believe that deleting and redownloading your profile will help with this, but you'll want to copy your profile to a USB stick, just in case you can't connect to download it. If that doesn't work, you'll want to post in the Connecting to Xbox Live on Xbox
