    Hi,

    i have changed my power adapter. while using the xbox console sometime like after 30 min or less suddenly the console is switched off automatically and sometimes it suddenly powers on if left unused even without notice.

    how to make it work normal?

    Hello Dotty,

    We are asking if the new adapter is getting hot. Also as the other ambassador asked is it an official Microsoft adapter? Also make sure you are plugging the console directly into the wall.

    hi i am also having the same problem the light on the power supply is green and when i turn the xbox 360 on it turns on for a sec and then shuts off. Can you provide me with a link to purchase a new power supply?

    Is the new adapter manufactured by Microsoft or is it aftermarket? If it is aftermarket, that may be the cause of the issue.
