Xbox 360 is not downloading the lego updates.

Hi, to All,

I have just bought the Lego Dimensions game and the main part is running fine. However, the game is asking to do an update, which is not happening. I have done the network tests to Xbox live, and I am able to connect to that.

Does any one have any Ideas on how to get my Xbox to talk to the Lego Dimensions site?

Is the site down and do I need to point it to somewhere else?

Thank you for reaching out! I see your Lego Game fails to download an update even with a good connection to our servers. If you haven't already, I'd like for you to try

clearing the cache on your 360 by going to Settings>System Settings>Storage>press "Y" for device options>Clear System Cache. Hope this helps!

I did the system update delete and reinstall as instructed and "Test Xbox Live Connection" is still showing a System Alert. I was instructed by customer support to do this process. After several download again times on the Lego titles I purchased yesterday,
they finally finished downloading. They stopped downloading several times before they completed. The following titles were the ones I purchased:

LEGO Movie Videogame

LEGO Batman 3

LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4

LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7

LEGO Star Wars: TFA

Correct. Games with Gold on Xbox 360 states Lego Batman 2 but shows a blank image. The link is to Lego Batman 1. A store search

on the Xbox 360 for Lego Batman 2 reveals it isn't free via Games with Gold.

Yesterday, bought Ultimate edition. Downloaded game and LEGO expansion and installed. No LEGO icon on map. Restarted console after install. No game updates available. Do you need to play to some certain point in the main game to unlock the LEGO expansion?
