    Account banned on 360 but cant sign in on xbox one

    Not sure who/what said that but it's not the case.

    You don't get banned from just the 360,your account is banned which means you can access any xbox live services,wether it's on xbox 360,xbox one,windows 8 etc.

    Hey SuetyDoubloon08! Unfortunately, once a console is banned it cannot be lifted. For future reference you can check a console's serial number to see if it is banned here. Thanks!

    Two different 360s same problem, same Skyrim disc.

    I'm only pointing it out, due to this stipulation in the TOC:

    I had my console repaired through a non-authorized service center and my console now shows up as banned. What can I do?

    I wouldn't advise doing it, due to this.
