    Xbox 360 IP Address Error


    Hello!

    I am currently trying to troubleshoot my brother's xbox 360 and I am having no luck. It's showing up as connected on my router's device list but I'm still getting an IP address error. All my router settings are correct. I have tried going the manual route(both IP and DNS), didn't work. Can't change the network type, whatsoever, as it's greyed out. The other xbox 360 we have is having no issues connecting(in-use by another person). Troubleshooting using the router setting page is impossible as it's having issues getting access to the xbox. I have tried everything, as well as connecting to another wifi. Is there anything else I can do?
