    Hello,

    Just pulled out my old halo reach xbox 360 but its telling my valid email address ******@******.airforce is invalid but it is 100% a valid email address... So its not letting me download my gamer profile. :-(

    Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. I have a few questions before we attempt to troubleshoot further. Is the account you are trying to access your Xbox 360 with the same account that you used when you originally used the console? Has this account been active since playing on your Xbox 360 console? If the account has been inactive for an extended period of time, you may have to reactivate the account. You may also attempt to reset the account password in hopes of recovery.

    You may visit Find your Microsoft account email for steps on how to recover your account password. I would also suggest viewing Reopen your Microsoft account in case the account may have been closed out on accident.

    Since you input an invalid email address (a domain with a .col address), you are likely unable to receive these messages. Since we cannot adjust a user's registration information in any way, we are currently discussing with our win team an alternative method
