    Xbox 360 Internet Connection Suddenly stopped working.


    My Xbox 360 internet connection was working fine, but it stopped without warning when I was using an app. Now, no matter what I try, nothing will working, not even using a wired connection.

    I have got it working before and have experienced a perfect connection.? It just suddenly stopped working so I decided to start again from scratch. Thanks for the reply.

    If you haven't already, try with some basic steps, to see where it takes you and we'll go from there.

    Turn off the Xbox. Power off your modem and router for a couple of minutes. Power on the modem and wait one minute for it to connect properly. Power on the router and wait another minute.

    Turn on the Xbox and navigate to Xbox network settings. Select Additional Settings tab. Select Restore to factory defaults. If wired, press "B" on your controller and select Test
    Xbox LIVE Connection    . If wireless, reconfigure Xbox wireless settings.

    You may also want to clear the Xbox system cache (3 times in a row). Here's how!

    Thanks again - the Xbox is completely connected to the TV and was working fine - it just suddenly stopped working.

    Two problems: 1. The Internet won't connect to Xbox Live. 2. My Xbox will not receive the latest update.

    I am going crazy trying to figure out how to solve my problem: connecting network to Internet. It was working fine but suddenly stopped when I switched to a new Internet provider. My internet speed is the fastest xfinity has so I know that's not the issue.
    I have also followed the steps on the error page but nothing is working. I need help.

    I also suddenly have this problem. Really stopped using netlifx because it takes forever to load. On the 360 it worked fine. Now it barely connects and I can't game!! Definitely frustrating, hope there is a live patch to fix this.
