I'm sorry to hear you can't connect to xbox live. But according to microsoft, they don't count how many days your online to determine when your month or any amount of gold time is finished. The Gold time finishes the day it says it will when you first purchase
it. No exceptions of disconnection of internet or inability to connect to xbox live. So basically xbox won't give you more time because you can't connect online.
