    Based on your question, “So when I logged ono my xbox 360 silver account a message popped up saying it would have to update security. the problem is I dont remember my email my password and my family settings code. And i dont remember my birth date I put down because I remember I accidentally got a few months wrong and I don’t remember. So can you help find my account. It was set up in around 2018-2021,

    Keep in mind that the 360 does not require an initial update like the One does. So you don't necessarily have to update it to get started using it.
